**ROYAL T MICROBLADING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES OR TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS AT ANYTIME IF IT IS FELT THAT THE BEST SERVICE CANNOT BE PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT**

 

COMPANIONS/CHILDREN:  DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WE DO NOT ALLOW COMPANIONS AND/OR CHILDREN TO ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Due to current health concerns, we are now strictly following a one-on-one appointment policy. Royal T Microblading reserves the right to refuse service if you have brought a companion and/or children without prior consent from your technician.

 

CONSULTATIONS: More commonly, consultations are done the day of your appointment before your procedure begins. You can schedule a consultation separately if you choose (applicable fees apply). Please feel free to call prior to your appointment date to discuss your brow specifics (current shape, desired results you would like to achieve) skin concerns and medical history. You can also send pictures of your brows by email or text at no cost. In person consultations are required for corrective/cover up procedures and are booked separately.​

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE: Please give at least 48 hours or more notice to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment (service or training) at any time, your deposit will not be refunded, this includes any payments made in installments via afterpay, they will not be refunded.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by submitting a request via my website for a rescheduling fee of $25 that is due in full before your new date is approved. This fee is required any time you want to move or change your appointment no matter the reason with no exceptions.  Rescheduling is no longer done as a courtesy effective 7/22/24, unless it is a result of a matter or issue on my end. If so, you will be notified. Rescheduled appointments are based on availability. If you reschedule less than 24 hours prior, cancel or are more than 15 minutes late for your rescheduled appointment, you will need to make another appointment as a new booking. You will not be permitted to pay a rescheduling fee to move your appointment. Your deposit or payment made will not be refunded or applied to the new booking you will be required to make. MODEL RATES: Appointments scheduled with payment of a reduced fee for a model rate, if cancelled at least 48 hours before, will be issued a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 which will be held as the non-refundable deposit for holding an appointment date on my schedule. The same as regular booking clients. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

DEPOSIT/ REMAINING BALANCE:  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at booking in order to secure your appointment via card or Afterpay at checkout. Remaining balance is due in full at your appointment via credit card, zelle, cashapp or applepay. Cash is NO LONGER accepted as payment and no cash/change is available. No refunds will be given on any services performed, that includes consultations and brow mapping done even if you decide to forgo the remainder of your appointment. No refunds of any payments received for deposits due to cancellations or no-shows.

LATENESS: If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment is subject to being rescheduled or cancelled (deposit is nonrefundable). Please call or text if you are running late.

NO SHOWS:  NO CALL/NO SHOWS will not be rescheduled with or without payment of a reschedulding fee, and you will not be refunded any payments made, this includes payment plans via Afterpay.  You are considered a NO SHOW if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time, show up to your appointment any time after the 15-minute grace period without calling to give notice, if you FORGET ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME or you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior. I strive to provide my clients with excellent customer service and ask that you respect my time as well.  If you are a no show for your appointment you will need to book a new appointment for your service and pay the requested fee again.

PIGMENT COLOR/COLOR MATCHING:  I provide different colors/shades of pigment for microblading and/or shading.  Please be advised that the shade of pigment used MUST ALWAYS MATCH YOUR NATURAL BROW COLORAlthough you may prefer a different color when you are using pencil or brow powder, microblading cannot and will not alter the color of your natural brow hair and cannot be compared to the results of brows filled in with such products. Please consider this carefully before scheduling your appointment.  Please feel free to call if you need clarification about coloring and please be sure to ask the proper questions for the information you need.

IMPERFECTIONS: Our goal is to get your brows as close to perfect as possible.  Of course, this varies person to person and depends on the state of your natural brows.  Please carefully look over your brows before you leave your appointment to address any concerns you have. Any imperfections you see once you leave, will not be able to be addressed until your touch up appointment. Your brows will start the natural healing process immediately and cannot be disturbed with another procedure so soon.

 

TOUCH-UPS:  Touch ups are NOT INCLUDED in the price of an initial session.  Touch ups will be scheduled no earlier than 6 weeks after your initial appointment. If your touch up was included for a promotional rate, it will be scheduled for 8 weeks out.  The date will be given to you at the end of your initial appointment. PLEASE BOOK YOUR TOUCH UP ACCORDING TO THE TIME IT HAS BEEN SINCE YOUR FIRST SESSION. It is recommended that your first touch up be done between 6 and 10 weeks after your first session. If you have booked yourself for the wrong touch up time frame you will be sent a new invoice for the balance of the correct service.  Payment will be due prior to your appointment date.  These touch up fees are only for work done by Royal T Microblading. Touch up fees are to be paid in full at time of booking. Touch ups are priced according to the length of time it is received after your initial brow service and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Regardless of the size of the area that needs to be addressed, touch up fees are fixed and will not be adjusted for such.

6 weeks - 10 weeks          $125**

11 weeks - 12 months       $200**

13 months - 24 months      $290**

25 months - 3 years          $380**

Beyond 3 years is booked as a new session

BROW MAPPING/SHAPING/PRE-DRAW PROCESS: This is the most important and time-consuming part of your appointment. We DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE IN THE MICROBLADING AREA DURING YOUR PROCEDURE OR ALLOW OTHERS TO APPROVE OF THE BROW SHAPE I DRAW FOR YOU. Please trust our expertise, skill and recommendations as we work together to achieve the perfect brow for you.  Clients get the best results when they trust their technician and the process.

IMPORTANT: OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS.  IF YOU AND YOUR TECHNICIAN CANNOT AGREE ON A BROW SHAPE WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE SUGGESTED THAT YOU EITHER RESCHEDULE OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL END.  IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS STOPPED, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY YOUR REMAINING BALANCE FOR YOUR REQUESTED SERVICE.

Microblading is a big decision and shouldn’t be rushed through.  Please make sure the procedure is right for you before booking your appointment.

NOTE: Healed results varies with each person.  Royal T Microblading cannot guarantee how your brows will heal and you may need additional sessions for best results (at an additional charge).  Many factors affect the healed results, and we will do our best to achieve the best results for all of our clients.
