Rescheduling Fee & Request
This fee is required to be paid anytime you want to reschedule an appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Service Description
If you need to reschedule an appointment with Royal T Microblading, at least 48 hours in advance, you can select this option. Simply request the desired date and time, and I will be in touch to confirm your appointment and collect payment. The rescheduling fee is due in full at the time your request is made, and your request is not approved or secured until the fee is received. Please note that rescheduling is no longer given as a courtesy, so be sure to book your new appointment in advance to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations/rescheduling please contact no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE TO ANY OTHER SERVICE OR PERSON. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by submitting a request via my website for a rescheduling fee of $25 that is due in full before your new date is approved. This fee is required any time you want to move or change your appointment no matter the reason with no exceptions. Rescheduling is no longer done as a courtesy effective 7/22/24, unless it is a result of a matter or issue on my end. If so you will be notified. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment time and will be rescheduled according to booking availability. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will not be rescheduled with or without payment of a reschedulding fee, and you will not be refunded any payments made, this includes payment plans via Afterpay. You are considered a NO SHOW if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time, show up to your appointment any time after the 15-minute grace period without calling to give notice, if you FORGET ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME or you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior.
