ROYAL T MICROBLADING OPERATING PROCEDURES DURING THE SPREAD OF THE COVID 19/CORONAVIRUS

With the current rise in positive cases of COVID 19/Corona Virus and for the safety and health of myself, my family and my clients, the following policies are now in place and will be strictly enforced. As much as I want to provide brow services to all my clients, it is just as important to make sure we prevent the spread of the COVID 19 virus. Please thoroughly read the new polices prior to booking your appointment during this time.

All appointments are scheduled online.

Any client who needs to reschedule their appointment due to testing positive for COVID, possibly being exposed to the virus, or having symptoms, will not be rescheduled for any date earlier than 3 weeks after giving me notice of your COVID status.

You MUST show up to your appointment ALONE, NO EXCEPTIONS. No friends, children, husbands or translators (for my non english speaking clients). If you must come with someone you will need to schedule an appointment once social distancing is NOT mandatory. IF YOU SHOW UP WITH A COMPANION YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

All clients must come with a face mask and it must be worn the entirety of the appointment.

No teleworking, FaceTime, texting or talking on the phone once your procedure has started. ABSOLUTELY no phones in your hands up to your face while I am working. I cannot provide you with the best service possible if I have to move around you and your phone during the process. Also, it is extremely rude and distracting.

There is currently LIMITED APPOINTMENT AVAILABILTY for each business day.

A $100 deposit is due to secure your spot, which is NON REFUNDABLE.

If you are booking a touch up appointment the touch fee is due in full at the time of booking.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! (SO PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE BEFORE YOU BOOK. THERE WILL BE NO MORE REFUNDS GIVEN BECAUSE THIS "ISN'T WHAT YOU THOUGHT", " YOU DIDN'T KNOW THIS WAS A RESIDENCE" OR "YOU FORGOT ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT")

Please give at least 48 hours or more notice to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment at any time, your deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduled appointments are based on availability. Appointments are only rescheduled ONCE FOR ANY REASON with notice given, at the latest, 24 hours or more before your appointment. If you reschedule less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, cancel or are more than 15 minutes late for your reschedule, you will need to make another appointment as a new booking. Your deposit or payment made will not be refunded or applied to the new booking you will be required to make. So please make sure you are able to commit to your scheduled date and time.

NO SHOWS will not be rescheduled and you will not be refunded any payments made. You are considered a NO SHOW if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time, show up to your appointment anytime after the 15 minute grace period without calling to give notice, or you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior. No shows will have to rebook as a new appointment and pay any fee required.
