  • If you are booking for a friend or family member, please ensure the person receiving the service is properly informed about the procedure prior to scheduling. Deposits will not be refunded if the client decides not to proceed with the procedure.

  • All clients must be at least 18 years old or older for semi-permanent brow procedures.

  • If you are pregnant, you will not be able to receive a brow service until 6 or more weeks after giving birth. I WILL NOT PERFORM SERVICES WHILE YOU ARE PREGNANT AT ANY STAGE.

  • No prescribed blood thinners at least one (1) week prior to your procedure.

  • It is best to do a scrub three (3) days prior to the procedure.

  • Any waxing, threading or shaping of the brows should be done no less than three (3) days prior to the procedure.

  • No alcohol the night before or on the day of the procedure.

  • Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours before the procedure.

  • Do not work out on the day of the procedure.

  • Do not tan one (1) week prior to the procedure.

  • No botox at least four (4) weeks prior to the procedure.

  • Stop using any Retin-A products two (2) weeks prior to the procedure.

  • No laser or chemical peels one (1) month prior to the procedure.

  • No microdermabrasion or dermaplaning two (2) weeks prior to your procedure.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Come with a fresh clean face. No makeup on your face or brows.

  • If you would like, feel free to bring your headphones or earbuds along with something to listen to or play during your procedure.

  • If you are running late, please call to ensure there will still be time to complete your procedure prior to the next appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is possible that you will need to be rescheduled to accommodate the clients scheduled after you.

  • No cash will be accepted on the premises. All remaining balances are ONLY accepted via credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle or Cashapp.

  • All appointments are 1 on 1. If you have anyone accompanying you to your appointment, you will need my approval before your appointment. 

  • All clients must come with a face mask.

  • If you are being dropped off or picked up for your appointment, please time accordingly with your transportation. There is no waiting area for you to be in if your ride is late for pick up and my next appointment starts.

  • Please thoroughly review my cancellation and refund policy on the website, if you haven't done so already.

  • Please no coffee, energy drinks alcohol or smoking immediately before your appointment (morning of, in your car or as you walk to my door) or while you are here being serviced. No smoke breaks are allowed.
